I absolutely loved the hotel's convenient location slightly off one of the main Patong roads. The rooms were cozy, with a nice shower and bathtub setup, though being situated at the far part of the hotel added to its charm. The service was exceptional, with staff members always ready to go above and beyond for me. However, the dining experience left more to be desired, especially in terms of the quality of food. Still, I found the overall value for money quite reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled good and were incredibly clean, unlike many other places I stayed in Thailand. The location at the far end of the hotel was nice and offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling areas. The staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions we had about the area.

My stay at this hotel was just amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled so good, totally unlike other places I've stayed at in Thailand. The comfortable bed and the balcony with a view of the pool made it extra special. The service, especially from Alex, was so kind and helpful, although the language barrier was a bit of a challenge at times. The location was great, slightly off the main Patong roads, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied all my cravings. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the lovely pool area.

The hotel provided me with spacious rooms that had a nice balcony attached, but there was an additional cost for an upgrade. The service was excellent, especially from Mr Christian who helped us celebrate our anniversary by arranging a room on a high floor. The location was great, not far from Bangla road and Jungceylon center, although a bit of a distance from the beach. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes, and the facilities were well-maintained.
